Mr and Mrs Bull, Beacon Park, Plymouth.
On this project we were contracted to design and construct a double hipped Edwardian with a 90 degree welded box gutter plus infill an area of garden never used. The main obstacles here, were the extra high frames required to sit the box gutter to the left elevation tenement.

	The membrane and steel installed.	Insulated, welded and structural box gutter.
Installing the conservatory frames and structural roof system.	Pilkington activ blue, self cleaning glass. The 2 roof lites giving ventilation.	Un-utilised space, giving an extra room to sit and enjoy the garden in all weathers.
